Coaching service

We aim to support you to be your best self while at work, and to grow and develop in your role. We believe when you engage in coaching, there are benefits for you, your team, your clients, your personal life and the broader community in which we live and work. Coaching supports you and your team to find your own solutions and way forward. We have helped many managers in their role through coaching. Our aim is to support you in your role as a manager to develop yourself and enhance positive team culture and performance. This may include values and goal clarification, brainstorming, identifying options and solutions, plans of action, and exploring the connectedness between work and personal life.

"There are many benefits (to having coaching); firstly, conflict resolution, being able to mitigate fears, grief and barriers, and support goal setting and upskilling. The biggest benefit however is having a 'free mind' that leads to being more content and productive in the workplace." –  Manager, December 2024

Group Supervision for Clinicians

Group Supervision is a process where a small number of staff meet with a facilitator to reflect on clinical and professional practice. Participants have the opportunity both to reflect on the complex human and ethical issues within the workplace as well as provide support for one another. Overall, this can help improve the wellbeing of participants as well as impacting positively on patient care. Sydney Education offers group supervision for clinicians across the District which can be beneficial for managers and members of their team.
