About this course
As a leader, using coaching conversations in the workplace develops and inspires your staff and team to maximise their personal and professional potential. Benefits in the workplace include increased job satisfaction, confidence, positive change and well-being. This course will introduce you to the GROW coaching model and provide you with basic skills and practice to incorporate a coaching approach in your role.
Topics covered in this course include application of the GROW model; use of a solution-focussed, strengths-based approach to achieving goals; the positive influence of key coaching skills such as active listening, building trust and rapport, using powerful questions, and engaging motivation to enact change. Also highlighted is the importance of fostering well-being for optimal work performance.
