About this course
This two-day leadership and management course is designed to develop your personal and professional skills, will help you to build an effective team, and improve your approach to leading and managing people in Sydney Local Health District. You will also learn practical ways to adapt your leadership style across a variety of everyday contexts that successful leaders and managers encounter.
Topics covered in this course include managing and leading self and others, communication and work styles, situational and authentic leadership, effective delegation and meeting skills, manager as a coach and quality improvement.
