About this course
Ongoing dialogue is crucial to staff engagement and performance. Having regular coaching and feedback conversations with your staff will build capability, performance, and engagement. In this course, you will learn the foundations of effective feedback and ‘in the moment’ coaching skills that will help you have better conversations with your staff.
Topics covered in this course include building trust and psychological safety, situation behaviour impact (SBI) feedback model, managing reactions to feedback, active listening, effective questioning, and the GROW coaching model.
