2024 Survey Highlights
In the 2024 People Matter Employee Survey, our District surpassed the NSW Health average across every key survey category. Notably, 71 per cent of staff said they felt empowered to make decisions that positively impact patients — a positive reflection of our inclusive workplace culture.
