Equipment
Bowl, chopping board, knife, juicer or fork, spoon to stir and serve and measuring spoon.
Steps
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix
- Ready to serve or keep covered in fridge for later (up to 3 to 4 days)
Tips
- Try a variation: Add 1 ripe avocado diced, 1 small red chilli, deseeded and chopped (or a pinch of dried chilli flakes) and 1 tablespoon fresh coriander, chopped (for 4 people)
- Spoon on top of grilled or BBQ meats like chicken or fish. Delicious on sandwiches or wraps
