About
Yhunger – pronounced 'younger'
Yhunger is a free program aimed to improve access to healthy food access and physical activity options. The program supports young people, 12 to 25 years of age, who are experiencing or are at risk of homelessness.
We have recipes, youth friendly information, games and activities and culturally diverse food stories. Best of all, they are free to access!
Yhunger has been co-produced by dietitians and youth health staff, the NSW youth sector and young people in Sydney, Australia.
Yhunger workshops are available in NSW or online. Our training provides workers with a chance to learn experientially. We demonstrate policies and practices that make healthier choices easier and fun.
