Lebanese cucumber, finely sliced | 1 |
Semi-dried tomatoes, sliced | 5 |
Cottage cheese | 2 tbsp (heaped) |
Ground pepper | To taste |
Grated parmesan (optional) | 1-2 tbsp |
Equipment
Saucepan or microwave dish, stirring spoon, chopping board, knife and a tablespoon.
Steps
- Cook noodles in boiling water for 2 minutes, then drain
- Mix through cucumber, semi-dried tomatoes and cottage cheese
- Season with pepper and serve with parmesan on top
