Equipment
Baking dish/shallow (lamington) tray, grater, knife, chopping board, fork, bowl, stirring spoon, measuring cups, oven mitt or tea towel and baking paper (optional).
Steps
- Preheat oven to 200°c (400°F/Gas mark 6). Grease baking dish/tray or line with baking paper
- Beat eggs and milk together. Add vegetables, cheese and flour, mix well
- Pour into baking dish/tray. Sprinkle bacon and pepper over top
- Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until set and golden brown. Serve hot or cold with tomato or sweet chilli sauce
