About this course
This newly developed virtual Masterclass will provide an overview of the current NSW Health Resolving Workplace Grievance Policy to ensure that managers understand their related roles and responsibilities, including correctly identifying and managing a grievance in line with this policy directive.
Please note, this Masterclass is not seeking to replace staff reading the policy for themselves. However, it is aimed at providing an overview of the key points to guide and inform practice. As a way to consolidate their learnings, managers are also encouraged to attend both the one-day ‘Effective Grievance Management’ workshop and one-hour ‘Facilitated Discussions’ virtual workshop.
