Neurosurgery Research

The Neurosurgery Department provides a comprehensive inpatient and outpatient Neurosurgical service, treating intracranial, spinal and peripheral nerve disorders. The department has a particular interest in minimally invasive and complex spine surgery, brain tumour surgery, pituitary surgery, skull base surgery, treatment of CSF disorders and trigeminal neuralgia. The department also serves as a tertiary referral centre for Canterbury Hospital.
