About this course
This interprofessional course gives participants the opportunity to further develop their supervision skills. Topics covered include the need for challenge and support, use of authority in supervision and the importance of supervision in building resilience in the workplace.
This course is a mix of knowledge and skill-based activities with a significant experiential component.
Who should attend?
This course is suitable for all disciplines. Participants will need to complete the pre-requisite Clinical Supervision – Foundations course before enrolling in this course.
