About this course

This one-day course is a foundational level supervision course aiming to equip you to be able to effectively establish and maintain a supervision relationship with staff.

Areas covered include setting up the supervisory relationship, understanding the purpose and function of supervision, managing difficulties in supervision and a model for reflective supervision practice.

The course is a mix of knowledge and skills-based activities including opportunities to practice a range of skills in a supportive environment.

Who should attend?

Staff from all disciplines preparing to be or actually involved in the supervision of others.
