Human Experience Week 2024 (29 April – 3 May) highlights the important connection between the experiences of patients, their families and carers, and the experiences of healthcare staff and volunteers.

Workplace Wellbeing Conference

A day focused on the practical pathways to better workplace wellbeing, hosted by Sydney Local Health District and the Health System Strategy and Patient Experience Division, NSW Health.

Emceed by one of Australia's favourite personalities Adam Spencer.

Delegates heard about evidence based programs making a difference and gained important insights and tips on how to implement them. The Conference provides opportunities to have important conversations with wellbeing leaders in NSW Health and discover how to prioritise wellbeing in your workplace.

What we know about workplace wellbeing

By prioritising wellbeing, individuals not only experience greater happiness and satisfaction but also contribute positively to their communities and workplaces.

Wellbeing is the cornerstone of a fulfilling and sustainable life, encompassing physical, mental, and emotional health.

It serves as the foundation upon which individuals can thrive, fostering resilience, productivity, and overall quality of life.
