About this course

This session offers an Introduction to Performance Monitoring, Systems Improvement, and Innovation Unit for managers in Sydney Local health District. It will provide a general overview of the stakeholder service – who they are, what they do, services offered, and how to access these services. You will have an increased understanding of the Performance Monitoring, Systems Improvement and Innovation Unit, their roles and responsibilities and how it can support you as a manager.
