About this course
This course aims to provide clinicians with the skills and knowledge to complete standardised mental health documentation and outcome measures as required by NSW Health State and National documentation and collection standards.
Who should attend?
All mental health staff in clinical, inpatient and community settings.
What will you learn?
By the end of this course, you will be able to:
- Comply with current Sydney Local Health District mental health documentation in the Electronic Medical Record
- Collect outcome measures including the Kessler Psychological Distress Scale, Health of the Nation Outcome Scales, activity and participation questionnaire six and life skills profile, as well as measures for older persons, child and adolescent presentations
- Meet reporting requirements for specific groups including older persons, child and adolescent presentations
