Our team includes doctors and specialist nurses. You can be referred to other services if needed, such as psychology or physiotherapy.

We use video call or telephone to help you access the care you need from home rather than visiting the hospital.

What to expect

You will have virtual appointments with a trauma specialist nurse and access to a doctor as needed.

Your nurse will ask you to complete surveys. Your answers will help your health professionals care for you.

24/7 support

You will have access to a nurse through our Virtual Care Centre 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by calling 1800 325 065.

Please let us know if you need an interpreter or have special needs such as hearing problems. Psychology and Social Work Services are also available.

All Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander patients are offered cultural support from Aboriginal Health Workers.

How to access

Referrals are accepted from Sydney Local Health District. See the Information for Professionals page.
