Virtual Fracture Clinic

The Virtual Fracture Clinic provides you access to a physiotherapist using video call or telephone. Your care plan will be developed by an Orthopaedic Specialist and the physiotherapist.

The Virtual Fracture Clinic allows you to receive care from home or work without needing to visit an in-person fracture clinic.

The clinic is open Monday to Friday, 8.30am-4.30pm. You can call us on 1800 325 065 (option 2) or 0439 402 651.

This is a free service.

If you prefer not to receive virtual care, please talk to your treating clinician.

What to expect

You will have regular virtual appointments with a physiotherapist and have access to an Orthopaedic Specialist.

The physiotherapist might ask you to position your camera so that they can see your injury. If you need help doing this, please ask a family member or friend to be there at the start of, or during your appointment.

24/7 support

Outside the clinic hours you can call the Virtual Care Centre on 1800 325 065 at any time. Please let us know if you need an interpreter or have special needs, for example, hearing problems. Psychology and Social Work Services are also available.

All Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander patients are offered cultural support from Aboriginal Health Workers.
