Respiratory Chronic Care Nursing
Respiratory Chronic Care Nursing is a service of RPA Virtual Hospital. We provide care to patients with chronic respiratory conditions who live in Sydney Local Health District.
Care is provided by specialist respiratory nurses in your home or in hospital-based clinics.
What to expect
We work closely with you and your family and/or carers to help you achieve your health care goals.
We also work with your General Practitioner (GP) and medical specialist.
At your first appointment, your nurse will provide you with contact information. Please use this number to contact your healthcare team.
Specialist clinics
Our team also offer specialist clinics including an asthma clinic and a smoking and vaping cessation clinic.
