Sydney Local Health District is very proud of the contribution made by all staff in our organisation. The aim of the Women’s Leadership Breakfast is to recognise the contribution of women in our District to the NSW Public Service. 

Sydney is recognised as one of the leading Local Health Districts in NSW – and women make up more than 70 per cent of our workforce, 47 per cent occupy senior leadership roles within our organisation. 

One of the Premier's priorities for a world class Public Service is to increase diversity across the work force with an aim to increase the proportion of women in senior executive roles to more than 50 per cent by 2025.

As part of Sydney Innovation Week – this event offers the opportunity to hear from inspiring leaders, to network and exchange ideas.
