Leukaemia Foundation
The Leukaemia Foundation supports people with a blood cancer diagnosis and some blood disorders including their direct family and caregivers.
The Leukaemia Foundation has a broad range of free support services including emotional support, bereavement counselling, transport and accommodation assistance, financial assistance, online support groups and webinars, digital resources and education.
Services are available for people who are newly diagnosed, in remission, have relapsed, require palliative/end of life care and bereavement/grief support for families who have lost a loved one to blood cancer.

Location
The Leukaemia Foundation's Blood Cancer Support Coordinators can provide support in person, over the phone or by telehealth. We also offer face-to-face appointments for patients and families at Concord Cancer Centre.

Patients, families and carers can self-refer to this service. Call 1800 620 420 or complete an online referral form via the Leukaemia Foundation. Please allow up to three business days for a response from our triage team or Blood Support Coordinators. |
