GP CanShare is an initiative of Sydney Local Health District and Central Eastern Sydney Primary Health Network.

GP CanShare aims to bridge the gap between acute and primary health for cancer patients receiving care in Sydney Local Health District and Chris O’Brien Lifehouse.

GP CanShare is no longer accepting referrals and, from 30 June 2025, will not be available. 

Patient referrals can be made to the various Cancer providers located at  Concord Cancer Centre, Royal Prince Alfred Hospital Cancer Services and HealthPathways Sydney
