Yana Muru "Walk in pathways together" is a free home visiting program for Aboriginal families living in Sydney Local Health District. Yana Muru helps supports parenting goals and healthy growth and development for babies. The team includes a Child and Family Health Nurse and Aboriginal Health Worker.
