Frameworks
Management Accountability Framework |
The Management Accountability Framework outlines our management philosophy in Sydney Local Health District, the key expectations of all managers and translates this to everyday practice. In our District we define managers as any person who has responsibility for staff and/or the use of resources. This might be a supervisor, manager, department head or director. |

Staff Accountability Framework |
The Staff Accountability Framework outlines the core expectations of all our staff. These expectations help us work together to build healthy teams and help us support each other to deliver high quality patient and family centred care. Managers are responsible for making sure that their staff are aware of the Staff Accountability Framework and that staff are meeting these core expectations. |
