About this course
This course provides a comprehensive framework for leading and managing quality audits effectively, supporting team development and ensuring successful audit outcomes. Upon attending the workshop and completing the knowledge and practical assessment, participants will be recognised as competent in the unit of Lead Quality Audits (BSBAUD512).

The course is aimed at staff who want to gain knowledge and participate in quality audits teams.
What will you learn?
By the end of this course you will be able to:
- Recognise quality auditing principles, methods, and tools
- Identify technology available for quality auditing
- Examine strategies to develop performance improvement in audit team members
- Demonstrate how to conduct a lead entry meeting, including preparing an agenda and audit plan
- Identify and collect evidence and interview relevant stakeholders
- Show how to manage audit team resources
- Demonstrate how to conduct exit meetings
- Produce results findings and audit reports
- Explain the findings of audits and discuss follow-up
- Prepare and review the final report
- Demonstrate how to lead team members in performance improvement
- Show how to support the audit team and provide appropriate feedback.
