About this course
This highly interactive one-day workshop explores the scientific domain of human factors and the development of non-technical skills in all healthcare staff throughout Sydney Local Health District. The workshop aims to build a culture of continuous safety improvement across all areas of health services and to explore different ways of working together to promote patient safety.
