Leaders of the Future
The Leaders of the Future Program (LOTF) provides practical exposure and networking opportunities to a range of career pathways available to nurses, midwives and allied health professionals who aspire to be recognised leaders within Sydney Local Health District.
About this program
This program includes 12 workshops that are delivered over a 12-month period. The workshops are supported by wellbeing activities, reflective tools, coaching and practical application of skills.

- Work placement observation

Workplace Project
All participants will be allocated to an interprofessional project team to work on an issue identified by the Executive Director of Nursing and Midwifery Services and the Executive Director of Allied Health.
The project will draw on a range of skills including critical thinking, research, consultation, problem solving and decision making.
At the end of the program, groups will present their proposal to a panel of experts.
