RPA HealthOne Green Square offers preventative medicine, early interventions and community-based healthcare.

Services offered include child and family nursing, medical and allied health, podiatry, harm reduction and NSW Health Pathology.

A range of specialist services are delivered at RPA HealthOne Green Square including liver and gastroenterology, diabetes management, palliative care, endocrinology and wound care.

The linkage of RPA HealthOne Green Square to the specialist clinical services at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital significantly enhances access to services for the community.

RPA HealthOne Green Square is located at 944 Bourke Street, Zetland. We are open 8.30am-5pm, Monday to Friday.

There is limited onsite parking accessed via intercom on Portman Street. RPA HealthOne is well serviced by public transport with several bus stops nearby and a short walk to Green Square train station.

Holiday season closures

RPA HealthOne Green Square will close for the holidays on Friday 20 December 2024 and re-open on Monday 6 January 2025. We look forward to seeing you in the New Year.

Service How to access
Drug Health Harm Reduction Needle and Syringe Program

To reduce and minimise the spread of blood-borne viruses in the community, we provide free needles and syringes to injecting drug users. 
 

We have an automatic dispensing machine onsite, accessible 24 hours.

Mpox Vaccination Clinic

Free mpox vaccinations available. 

 

Medicare card not required. Walk-ins via Bourke St welcome (no appointment needed) or call the Sexual Health Information Link on 1800 451 624 to make an appointment. 

 

If you are unwell or have been in direct contact with someone who has mpox, do not attend this Clinic. Instead, please contact a Sexual Health Clinic near you.

Pathology Collection

Our clinical pathology services use advanced science and technology to test samples such as blood, urine and DNA, enabling healthcare teams to effectively prevent, detect and monitor health conditions.
 

We accept any pathology request form.

Service How to access
Bone Densitometry Testing – Endocrinology

Bone mineral densitometry (BMD or DXA) imaging uses low dose X-ray to determine whether a patient has osteoporosis. The amount of radiation is lower than a chest X-ray. This is a non-invasive test and no injection is needed.
 

You will need a referral addressed to the Endocrinology and Metabolism Centre to access this service. Visit RPA Endocrinology for details.

Child and Family Health

We offer a range of child and family health services for children such as allied health, nursing and medical services. We run developmental programs and clinics, including new parent groups and behavioural assessments.

Podiatry

Podiatrists work with patients and families to reduce pain and optimise mobility in older people and those with painful arthritic conditions.
 

You will need a GP referral to attend this service.

Specialist Community Health Services

Social work and counselling for young people and adults (aged 12-25).

Domestic violence and sexual assault counselling for young people and adults (aged 14 years and over).
 

You will need a referral to access this service, please call the Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault Intake Counsellor on 02 9515 9040 for more information.

A range of specialist services are delivered at RPA HealthOne Green Square including liver and gastroenterology, midwifery group practice, diabetes management and palliative care.
 

Access to these services is by referral only.

Sydney District Nursing (rpavirtual)

Hospital level nursing care offered to people in their homes or the community health clinic by community nurses who are experts in a range of services including wound care, intravenous and subcutaneous medication management, drain care, palliative care, catheter care and care of chronic medical conditions.
