Wellness can be defined as ‘feeling good and functioning effectively.’ Wellness exists on a continuum and it fluctuates over time. Our wellness is affected by what happens within us and around us. Actions can be taken at personal and collective levels to support wellness.

The staff wellness initiatives include a range of activities that:

  • Increase staff wellness
  • Reduce stress
  • Increase kindness, compassion, and self-compassion

There are daily staff wellness activities that are offered online and face-to-face. A range of different topics are explored, all related to wellness.
