Important information for mental health consumers, carers and families

As you may be aware, a significant number of public health psychiatrists in NSW have signalled their intention to resign from the NSW Health public health system. While there may be some changes in how services are delivered in some areas, please be assured that our dedicated and highly skilled mental health staff remain committed to providing you with the care and support you need.

We understand this may be concerning for you or your loved ones who use our services. We deeply value the trust you place in us to provide you with specialist mental health care. Your health and wellbeing are our highest priority, and we have plans in place to ensure we continue to provide the services you or your loved ones need.

We’re here to support you

Our priority is the health and safety of our community. It is important for anyone experiencing mental health distress or concerns at any time to reach out for help and care. Please don’t delay – help is available if you need it.
