Mental Health in the Community

Our Community Mental Health teams are based in Redfern, Camperdown, Marrickville, Canterbury, Croydon and Concord.

They are staffed by mental health clinicians and care coordinators from a range of professional backgrounds including nursing, social work, psychology, peer support, medical, dietitians, exercise physiology, aboriginal health workers and occupational therapy.

Your care plan will depend on your mental health needs, goals and individual circumstances. It may include support with social and relationship skills, physical health, self care, housing, education and employment goals.

Our teams can also work closely with your family members and your existing support networks.

When you contact our service, we will ask for information about you so we can better understand your situation and determine what service is the most appropriate for your care needs.
