CHAT – Carers Health and Thoughts

Carers Health and Thoughts (CHAT) is an online registry of carers who live in Sydney Local Health District. It is managed by the Carers Program and aims to improve communication about relevant carer initiatives, resources and experiences.

Our monthly CHAT updates include:

  • local activities for carers, initiatives and resources relating to the role of carers
  • Information and tips on key issues that impact carers
  • Opportunities to share personal experiences and provide feedback in relation to your role as a carer in our Local Health District.

Topics change with each CHAT story, creating a library of resources available to help carers. Previous topics have included:

  • Communication
  • Financial wellbeing
  • Participating as a health consumer
  • Looking after yourself
  • Facts about carers

To make sure you don’t miss out on the next CHAT story, join the CHAT registry.
