RPA Clinical Immunology and Allergy provides a comprehensive suite of hospital in-patient services and outpatient clinics for patients who have diseases that affect the immune system.

Adult Immunology and Allergy Clinics

These clinics provide specialist care for adults with immune disorders.

Anaesthetic (Perioperative) Allergy Clinic

This clinic provides assessment of allergic reactions, ranging from mild to severe, that occur during or after medical or surgical procedures involving anaesthetics.

Dietitian Allergy and Intolerance Clinic

The clinic provides nutrition and dietary advice and advises patients about adverse food reactions.

HIV Clinic

This clinic provides comprehensive, multidisciplinary care for people living with HIV, extending beyond viral suppression to holistic long-term management.

Immunodeficiency Service

This service provides comprehensive treatment and long-term management of patients with HIV and genetic disorders that lead to deficiencies in the immune system.

Immunogenetics Multidisciplinary Service

This service identifies genetic contributions to immune disorders, particularly primary immunodeficiencies and autoimmune conditions.

Neuroimmunology Clinic

This clinic provides comprehensive multidisciplinary care for patients with immune-mediated disorders of the nervous system, including the brain, spinal cord and peripheral nerves in collaboration with the Department of Neurology.

Oral Challenge Service

This service provides testing, diagnosis, and care for patients with food and drug allergies.

Oral Immunology Clinic

This clinic investigates and manages immune-mediated diseases that present with symptoms in the mouth.

Paediatric Immunology and Allergy Clinics

The clinics provide specialist care for children with immune disorders. 

Penicillin Delabelling Service

This service addresses reported penicillin allergies.

Vasculitis Clinic

This clinic provides comprehensive multidisciplinary care for patients with complex inflammatory vascular disorder, with care provided in collaboration with Respiratory and Renal Medicine.
