The Clinical Immunology and Allergy Department provides expert diagnosis and care for immune system disorders.
Our team of medical specialists and Allied Health professionals deliver comprehensive care for patients with a range of immunological conditions.
We provide diagnosis and management of allergic conditions, evaluation and treatment of primary and secondary immunodeficiency disorders, and management of autoimmune and inflammatory disorders.
In 2025, the Department, in partnership with our counterparts at Concord Hospital, became the first Federation of Clinical Immunology Societies (FOCiS) Centre of Excellence in Australia.
We operate a series of dedicated services and clinics including multidisciplinary clinics in partnership with other Royal Prince Alfred Hospital (RPA) departments.
The Department has a strong focus on teaching, research activities and collaboration with other departments at RPA and immunology services across NSW.
